We specialise in providing support and training to Learning Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants (TA’s) and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs), Home Educators and Mentors to develop their understanding and ability to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Training can be an introduction to SEND for any school staff, or can be specific training tailored to the needs of individual children being supported by a key adult within the school.

Training can be delivered in as a whole school team, a small selection of staff, or to individual members of the school team. Training can also be delivered to the wider staff team including Lunchtime Supervisors and After School Support Assistants.
