Cancellation Policy

Aroa understands that family life can be busy and that appointments for assessments might sometimes need to be changed.
There is no charge for booking or cancelling or rescheduling appointments however, we do ask that the Educational Psychologist is notified as early as possible. This allows us to ensure that we can offer appointments to other families awaiting assessments.
In order to cancel or rearrange an appointment please email: admin@aroaeps.co.uk or telephone: providing as much notice as possible.
In the event that the Educational Psychologist needs to rearrange the appointment, typically due to the requirement to attend a tribunal hearing, a new date will be offered for the assessment to take place within two weeks of the original date, or earlier.
All other legal and statutory timescales will be adhered to.
